Return Policy

If you need to exchange or return the product, please contact the customer service staff within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide the "name", "order number", "contact phone number", "return product name", "return reason and Photos" and other information, the customer service staff will assist you in returning and exchanging the goods after receiving them.


Exchange Notes:
1. The replacement product must be unused and free from damage caused by non-human factors, such as: damaged, worn, dirty, tag removed and perfume smell. Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer bag), otherwise no exchange will be accepted

2. If you need to exchange the goods, the company will only send you an invoice for the difference and charge or refund the fee; if there is no difference, no additional processing is required

3. If the product has the following problems, it can be exchanged:
• Different from the products you ordered
• the size is not right


Return Instructions:
1. The returned product must be unused and free from damage caused by non-human factors, such as: damaged, worn, dirty, tag removed and perfume smell. Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

2. The customer needs to pay the round-trip freight of SF Express
Only one replacement per order (unlimited number of pieces)

3. After confirming the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

4. If the product has the following problems:
     • Unsatisfactory quality
     • Does not match the description of the item


Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
     • Product review period beyond 7 days.
     • The product has been unpacked, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: damaged, worn, dirty, tag removed, and smell of perfume.
     • The package of returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.

In case of any dispute, ARC Hong Kong Limited reserves all rights of final decision.
